Not sure what you need yet? Book a paid 15–30 minute call — ₹500 / $10 — to talk it through with an expert before committing to anything. If you move forward with a project afterward, this is credited toward your first invoice.
Scoping & Custom Quote
We review your actual requirements — pages, features, design complexity, integrations, content volume — and send a clear quote. Starting prices are published on every service page; the final number is always scoped to your specific project, not a generic package.
Proposal & Deposit
Once you approve the quote, we confirm scope and timeline in writing and collect a deposit to begin work. No ambiguity about what's included before anyone starts building.
Brand Foundations (if included in scope)
If your project includes logo design or brand color development, this happens first — before layout work starts — so the visual identity is settled and everything downstream is built to match it, not adjusted after the fact.
Design Approval
We share the visual design — as Figma mockups or flat image previews, depending on project scope — before any development begins. You review and approve the look and layout first, so development starts from a signed-off design, not a moving target.
Content Approval
All page copy is shared via a Google Doc for your review and edits. You approve final content before it's placed into the live design — this keeps writing feedback separate from visual feedback, so the two don't get tangled.
Design & Development
With design and content both approved, we build on wpwebtheme or astrowebtheme as a foundation — not from scratch — so delivery is faster without cutting corners. Cloudflare infrastructure (DNS, CDN, WAF/SSL) is included by default on most builds for speed and edge protection from day one.
Preview
Before anything goes live, you get a private preview link on a staging URL to click through the real, working site — not a static mockup — and confirm everything matches what was approved.
Testing & QA
We test across devices, browsers, and screen sizes, check forms and integrations, and verify performance and basic accessibility before sign-off.
Launch
We handle the go-live: domain/DNS cutover, final testing, and confirmation everything works — with minimal to zero downtime.
Ongoing Care
Most projects move into a Care Plan or Infrastructure Management retainer after launch. Updates, monitoring, renewals, and security patching are handled proactively — so nothing quietly breaks or expires six months after we hand it over.
